William Tu

William Tu, the Founder and CEO of Good Driver Mutuality, brings unparalleled leadership and vision to the company. With a keen business acumen and a profound understanding of the mutual aid industry, William has dedicated the past nine years to pioneering innovative solutions in the field.

William’s distinguished career includes serving as the President of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Alumni Association. Under William’s leadership, Good Driver Mutuality has carved out a unique position in the industry, setting new standards and leading with integrity and innovation.

Pioneered Product and Strategy Design: Co-created the groundbreaking Good Driver Mutuality product and spearheaded its sales strategy from the company’s inception.
Outstanding Sales Leadership: Directed the sales team to onboard over 200,000 paid members within just 14 months, achieving an impressive 85% renewal rate.
Instrumental in Fundraising: Worked closely with the CEO to secure Angel, Series A, B, and C funding rounds, fueling the company’s rapid growth.

Ray Zhong

Ray Zhong is the Co-Founder of Good Driver Mutuality, where he oversees the development and management of the mutual aid service system. His responsibilities encompass mutual aid pricing, loss assessment, accident vehicle repair, and parts supply.

Ray holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He brings extensive experience in entrepreneurship, management, car insurance, and data analysis.

Philip Wong

Philip Wong, our Senior Vice President and Sales Director, brings over two decades of expertise in international market expansion and professional management. Graduating from Utah State University with a degree in Business Information, Philip has consistently demonstrated his prowess in sales and marketing.

Philip’s career is marked by his remarkable success as the head of sales and marketing for a renowned digital software company in the US, where he delivered significant results. Since 2002, he has been an influential figure in China’s direct sales market, creating billions of dollars in sales for industry giants such as Nu Skin China and Shaklee China.

Known for his dedication, persistence, professionalism, and passion, Philip excels in uniting and inspiring teams to achieve their goals. His strategic vision and motivational leadership have been instrumental in driving the company’s mission forward.

David Clark

With 30 years of experience as an Auto Physical Damage executive and subject matter expert, David Clark brings unparalleled expertise to our team. He has held significant positions at Selective Insurance, The Hartford, Sentry Insurance, and Ernst & Young.

David serves as the Chair of the APD sub-committee at the American Property & Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA), the largest US P&C trade association. Additionally, he is a member of the EV sub-committee at APCIA and the Heavy Duty Repair Forum. He is also a frequent guest speaker at industry conferences.

David is an authority in workflow and process design, leveraging AI and ML, vendor solutions, and human capital to optimize operations and drive innovation in the auto physical damage sector.

Alan Michaelis

Alan Michaelis spearheads sales development and strategic growth at Good Driver Mutuality, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in marketing, sales, operations, and international business.

He has held prominent leadership roles in several notable companies. Alan previously led North America Program Management and Regional Sales at doTERRA International. He also served as VP of Operations and Sales at Limitless Worldwide, led the US Sales team at Young Living Essential Oils, and was the International VP at 4Life Research.

Alan’s academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. His robust background equips him with the knowledge and skills to drive impactful sales strategies and operational excellence.
