Additional Service Partners: Inspections, Diagnostics, and Valuations

Some accidents or repairs require additional steps like in-person inspections, diagnostic testing, or vehicle valuations. When that happens, Good Driver Club (GDC) works with specialized partners to ensure accurate assessments and clear next steps.
ScoutWorks and CLAIMSOLUTION: In-Person Inspection Partners
If there's no repair shop nearby or special conditions require an on-site inspection, GDC may coordinate with ScoutWorks or CLAIMSOLUTION.
These partners can visit a repair facility, home, business, or tow yard to document vehicle damage and provide detailed estimates when in-person evaluation is needed.
ELITEK: On-Site Diagnostics and Calibration Partner
For complex repairs that require specialized diagnostics, ELITEK provides mobile services directly at the repair shop.
Their technicians handle ADAS recalibrations, computer reprogramming, and pre- and post-repair scans—tasks that might otherwise require a dealership visit. This saves time, helps control costs, and keeps the repair process moving smoothly.
Audatex and DCI Solution: Total Loss and Valuation Partner
For total-loss determinations, GDC relies on accurate vehicle valuations to guide decisions. Actual Cash Value (ACV) assessments are obtained primarily through Audatex (our main source) and DCI Solution.
These valuations help GDC compare the ACV against repair estimates to decide whether the vehicle meets the total-loss threshold.
What to Expect
If GDC brings in one of these partners, your GDC Auto Damage Specialist will keep you informed, explain why the partner is involved, and guide you through the next steps.
Disclaimer: All listed partners are independent service providers within GDC's authorized network. Availability, timing, and services vary by location, vehicle type, and situation details.
