By entering the Good Driver Club $50 Visa eGift Card Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Good Driver Mutuality Inc. regarding eligibility, winner selection, verification, and administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

1️⃣ Giveaway Overview and How to Enter

The Giveaway will be conducted through the official Good Driver Mutuality Facebook Page for Good Driver Club (the "Page").

To enter, participants must complete both of the following requirements during the Giveaway Period:

1. Follow the Page; and

2. Leave one direct, top-level comment on the official Giveaway Post stating how long they have been driving accident-free.

Example:

"8 years and counting."

The Giveaway begins when the official Giveaway Post is published on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, and ends on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PDT (the "Giveaway Period"). Please do not include sensitive personal information such as your driver's-license number, home address, phone number, license plate number, or VIN in your comment.

Two verified winners will each receive one $50 Visa eGift Card.

The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and are legally permitted to participate under the laws applicable to them. Void where prohibited.

2️⃣ Entry Requirements

Both entry requirements must be completed during the Giveaway Period. A person who comments but does not follow the Page is not eligible.

Entrants must continue following the Page until the potential winner's eligibility has been verified.

Limit one entry per person, regardless of how many Facebook accounts a person uses. If the same person submits multiple entries, only the first qualifying comment will be counted.

Comments must be posted directly on the official Giveaway Post. The following will not be counted as qualifying entries:

• Comments that do not answer the Giveaway question, including comments that only tag or mention another person;

• Replies to another person's comment;

• Comments posted on a shared, reposted, or different post;

• Comments submitted outside the Giveaway Period; or

• Comments that are deleted or otherwise unavailable at the time eligibility is reviewed.

The length of accident-free driving stated in a comment does not affect eligibility or the odds of winning. Any length of time, including less than one year, may qualify.

Entrants may not use false identities, multiple accounts, bots, scripts, automated methods, or other means intended to obtain additional entries.

All comments must comply with Facebook's applicable terms and policies. The Sponsor may remove or disregard any fraudulent, inappropriate, or otherwise noncompliant entry.

3️⃣ Random Drawing, Winner Contact, and Verification

After the Giveaway Period closes, the Sponsor will remove duplicate, late, and otherwise nonqualifying entries.

On Monday, August 17, 2026, the Sponsor will randomly select two potential winners from the qualifying entries.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of qualifying entries received. A selected person will not be confirmed as a winner until eligibility has been verified.

The Sponsor will contact each potential winner through the Page. If the Page is unable to send a private message, the Sponsor may reply to the person's comment and ask them to contact the Page privately.

Each potential winner must respond within 48 hours after the Sponsor's first contact attempt and privately provide the information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.

If a potential winner does not respond on time, cannot be verified, is ineligible, declines the prize, or violates these Official Rules, the Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining qualifying entries.

The Sponsor may select alternates until both prizes have been awarded or until the Sponsor determines that no additional qualifying entrants remain.

The Sponsor will never require a winner to pay a fee, purchase a product or service, provide credit-card or banking information, or send money to receive the prize.

4️⃣ Prize Delivery, Announcement, and Privacy

There are two prizes available. Each verified winner will receive one $50 Visa eGift Card. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize is $50, for a total ARV of $100.

Winner communications will be conducted through the Page. After eligibility has been verified, the Sponsor will send the Visa eGift Card to the valid email address provided by the winner or arrange for the eGift Card provider to send it directly.

The Visa eGift Card is a general-use electronic gift card and is not limited to fuel purchases. Its use, restrictions, fees, and expiration terms are subject to the applicable card issuer's or provider's terms.

If an advertised Visa eGift Card is unavailable or cannot reasonably be delivered, the Sponsor may provide an electronic gift card of equal value as a substitute.

The winner is responsible for providing a valid email address and for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.

After the winners have been verified and have accepted the prizes, the Sponsor may update the original Giveaway Post or publish a comment confirming that the Giveaway has ended and the prizes have been awarded.

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used only to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and deliver the prizes. It will not be used for unrelated marketing unless the participant separately agrees.

5️⃣ General Conditions and Platform Disclaimer

The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who commits fraud, interferes with the entry or winner-selection process, or violates these Official Rules.

If a technical failure, platform change, unauthorized intervention, or other event affects the fair or proper administration of the Giveaway, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for technical problems outside its reasonable control, including Facebook, internet, private-message, or email failures.

The Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, verification, and prize delivery are final, subject to applicable law.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Visa.

By entering, participants release Facebook and Meta Platforms, Inc. from liability related to the Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law. Information provided by participants is provided to the Sponsor, not to Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Visa is not a sponsor or administrator of the Giveaway and has not endorsed or approved it.
