Section I: Acceptance of the Communications

Welcome to the Good Driver Mutuality Inc. (the “Company”) business. By accepting this Electronic Signature Verbiage, you consent and agree that the Company may provide certain disclosures and notices to you in electronic form, in lieu of paper form, including electronic delivery of statements for your Good Driver Club account(s). The words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Good Driver Mutuality Inc., and the words “you” and “your” mean you, the individual(s) or business entity identified on Good Driver Club Program. As used in the Disclosure, “Communication” means any agreements or amendments thereto or account statements, Good Driver Club Program terms and conditions, privacy policies, tax related statements, disclosures, notices, responses to claims, transaction history, the terms of service, and all other information related to Good Driver Club Program, including but not limited to information that we are required by law to provide to you in writing. We do not currently provide you with a right or option to have the required information made available to you in paper format or in other non-electronic form.
You also specifically agree to the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions within the Good Driver Club Program.

Communications Provided in Electronic Form：

You agree that we may provide you with any Communications that we may choose to make available in electronic format, to the extent allowed by law. Your consent to receive electronic communications and transactions includes, but is not limited to:

• All legal and regulatory disclosures and Communications associated with your Good Driver Club Program account.

• Your Good Driver Club Program account details, history, transaction receipts, confirmations, and any other account or transaction information.

• Notices or disclosures about a change in the terms or change in fees/points of your Good Driver Club Program account.

• Responses to claims or customer support inquiries filed in connection with your Good Driver Club account.

• Good Driver Club Program Terms and Conditions.

• Privacy Policies.

• Terms and Service.

Method of Providing Communications in Electronic Form

All Communications provided by the Company to you in electronic form will be provided either: (i) Email sent to your primary email address listed in your Account profile; (ii) Communicating via instant chat and/or through other electronic forms of communication; or (iii) by logging into your Account.

Updating Your Records

It is your responsibility to provide us with a true, accurate, and complete e-mail address at the time your account is opened in order for us to provide you with electronic communications. You must promptly notify us of any changes to this information. You may update your information by logging into your account or contacting our support team at contact@gooddriver.ai.

Hardware and Software Requirements

In order to access, view and retain electronic communications that we make available to you, you will need the following computer hardware and software: (i) A device with an internet connection; (ii) A current web browser that includes 128-bit encryption with cookies enables; (iii) Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8.0 or higher; (iv) A valid email address; and (iv) Sufficient storage space to save past communications or an installed printer to print them.

Section II: E-Sign Notice-Consent to Electronic Record

E-Sign, the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001, et seq.), requires that you consent to entering into an electronic agreement with the Company before an Agreement (refers to any and all terms and conditions, terms of use, privacy policy, etc.) to be signed with the Company can be executed.

Please read the following information carefully:

• If you enter into an online Agreement with Good Driver, you will not be required to submit a paper application. An electronic record will evidence the entire Agreement between you and Good Driver. However, you must consent to the use of an electronic record and must read the Agreement and electronically acknowledge below that you understand and have read these documents.

• To access these documents and submit your online Affiliate Application, you will need a personal computer, Mac, or other device with Internet access and operational Internet browser software.

  By clicking on “I agree” below, you consent to the use of electronic records evidencing that you have read, understand, and agree to the Agreement. If you click on the “I Decline” box, the enrollment process will be terminated, and you will be returned to the Company home page.

Section III: How to Withdraw Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive communications electronically by contacting us at contact@gooddriver.ai. If you fail to provide or if you withdraw your consent to receive communications electronically, The Company reserves the right to immediately close your Good Driver Club Program account.
